Liam O’Callaghan is an Irish artist born 1968, who studied at Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design & Technology. His photographs, projections and installations consider questions of what we value and why, and notions of preciousness, beauty, aesthetics and aesthetic experience. O’Callaghan has exhibited nationally and internationally since 2000, including solo exhibitions at Belfry Gallery, Aalst; Rasche Ripken Gallery, Berlin; the RHA, and Temple Bar Gallery and Studios, Dublin. He participated in IMMA’s Artists’ Residency Programme in 2004.
Daragh McDonagh Blog Post
Daragh McDonagh is a commercial photographer based in Dublin. Originally from Ireland he spent 15 years in New York, learning his craft assisting some of the major international names in photography, including assisting Richard Avedon. Branching out on his own he established a career photographing his first love music. He worked with all the major record labels creating artwork for many multi platinum bands including Pixies, Wu Tang Clan, Motorhead and Black Sabbath to name a few. He completed a Masters in Fine Art Photography from Ulster University in 2014, after studying under Martin Parr. Daragh currently lives in Dublin, Ireland, where he continues to shoot mainly with design and ad agencies, corporations, businesses and institutions.
