This photobook is a visual diary recording the depersonalising experience of a hospital environment from an in-patient’s perspective. Shot on three rolls of film during a sleep-deprived fortnight in March 2011. This series was exhibited as a set of darkroom prints at D-Light Studios for PhotoIreland 2012.
About the Artist
Billy Kenrick is a Dublin-based visual artist. He is interested in analogue techniques & print media – applying a process-led approach to subjective documentary. Specialising in book-making, darkroom, Super 8, and experimental sound.
